Business Process Management

Faster, Better, Cheaper

Internal process efficiency is achieved by examining how we can run the business processes with fewer hand-offs, eliminating barriers, formal communications and less waiting time. To drive increased capacity, the new process must offer some benefit to the people who are, after all, being asked to embrace enormous change, and the transition from the old process to the new one.

The reduction in manual intervention and hand offs dramatically reduces the human errors occuring and thus increases quality. This in turn brings improved service to customers and better performance against key performance indicators.

Key to delivering effective process management is understanding the unit time, elapsed times and customer experience. All three need to be reviewed and controlled continually through a continuous improvement approach to ensure all gains and improvements are sustained and/or improved.
