dhp consulting is a niche company delivering Operational Excellence in transactional Front and Back Office arenas with a significant track record of delivery and implementation at speed to clients in the Financial Services and Utility Sectors.

We have a proven track record of eliminating waste and delivering 20%-50% improvement in throughput and on average delivering 30% realised reduction in cost base or increased capacity whilst significantly improving the consistency of customer service delivery.
