These are the essential management skills needed to understand and lead your people.
This provides the most rewarding phase for the management team as it brings the whole Operational Excellence programme together and provides greater context and confidence around why front line management is absolutely key to the success of any operation. We challenge the middle managements leadership mindset, questioning the 'Why' and the 'How' which are as important as the 'What, Go, Do'.
