What do we do?

dhp consulting is different: We roll our sleeves up and get down into the detail leading an experienced team to drive outcomes and implement change in businesses with transactional Front and Back offices in the Services sector to maximise their value to the customers, regulator, staff and shareholders.

At dhp our experience and expertise of doing the job and also implementing business improvement programmes has led us to develop a robust methodology, which is simple to implement.

Too many external and internal consultants use methods such as Six Sigma and Lean, but the focus is on showing appealing presentations and process maps / swim lanes and talk about what can be done, rather than actually doing it.
